As much as 9/11 was tragic and devastating, it was confusing. In order to understand it a bit, I decided to follow three daily markers in The New York Times. They were US Military, Terrorism, and Oil. As the articles came into my inbox, I marked each location on a map of the world. Though there are other regions equally interesting, none had as much activity as the Middle East Corridor. Here's my map of the Middle East Corridor as of 9.11.02.
